RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to make a change for products purchased on our website, you can do so within 3 business days from the date of delivery of the purchase and as long as it is for a reason of changing size.

Contact our customer service team at the following email gidressclothing@gmail.com to start the process of your return with the following information:

  • Order date
  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Proof of purchase

We consider that our garments are for very personal use, that is why the garment to be exchanged must be subject to the following conditions, as well as the exchange process:

  • The garment must have its original packaging and labels.
  • The product must be returned in optimal conditions and with all its finishes, without traces of having been used.
  • The shipment of the garment must be assumed by the client, who must take it to the San Borja office to make the change.
  • If the return request is made outside the indicated period or the item has been used, damaged or is not sent in its original packaging, we will not be able to accept the return.
  • No money refunds
  • Changes valid for an amount equal to or greater than the sale (cancelling the difference).

Those products that were purchased in promotion or discount are not subject to changes or returns.

For purchases made outside the country and that involve an international shipment, up to 1 change per customer will be accepted, with the latter assuming the shipping costs of collecting and sending the change.
